Established in 2024 by retired Lieutenant Colonel Sumesh Sagar, KinetiQ Solutions operates with a fundamental principle: To empower disabled and retired veterans who possess specialized Information Technology skills and experience. The overarching goal is to facilitate their sustained involvement in supporting the nation, allowing them to make a meaningful impact on their fellow soldiers, civilians, and their families.

During his time in the Army, he held various roles in shaping military healthcare. At U.S. Army Medical Command, he helped introduce and implement MHS Genesis, the new state-of-the-art electronic health record for the Military services. As the innovation leader, he sought and implemented a myriad of IT solutions to advance healthcare in support of the warfighters.
